Any winnings earned from use of a Bonus Offer must be used within the specific terms and conditions set forth for such offer, failing which they shall be forfeit without compensation.

10. Cancellation and Withdrawal

We may at any time cancel an Account or restrict a user's access to the Services without notice if we suspect that such account has been used for unfair means or otherwise.

You are entitled to withdraw your net balance (balance minus pending bets) in accordance with our withdrawal procedures, as amended from time-to-time. We reserve the right not to process requests which exceed the value of $10,000 or any higher threshold that may apply at our discretion.

11. Betting Limits

We will offer various betting limits to users, including but not limited to minimum and maximum bets (each as defined in the Services' Game Rules).

12. Software Security and Performance

13. Disputes

Our total liability for all losses arising under or related to these Terms (including but not limited to gaming obligations) shall at no time exceed the balance held by you on your Account immediately prior to such loss occurring.

You understand that we provide a recreational service, and will not be liable for any incidental, special, punitive or exemplary damages of any kind in connection with these Terms, our operation or use of Services regardless whether resulting from tort (including negligence), breach of contract, breach of warranty, strict liability or otherwise.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms together with the other documents specified on our website constitute the entire agreement and understanding between us relating to their subject matter and supersede any prior representations, communications or agreements between us.

No representation is made that these Terms will be binding in your jurisdiction. Your use of Services acknowledges your acceptance of this condition.

16. Amendments

We may at its discretion modify or replace all or part of the provisions contained within these Terms as it sees fit to comply with our obligations under applicable laws and regulations, our licensing agreements and for other purposes that we believe are reasonable given current circumstances which may change from time-to-time.

In such event your continued use of Services after 7 days will constitute acceptance by you of any changes made.
